It is equally important that you study each type of protein powder, their pros and cons, so that you can determine if they are good for or not. There are people who might be allergic to some substances of protein powders. For example, whey and casein are not for those who are lactose intolerant because it comes from cow’s milk. Soy is not good for people who are allergic to soya.
