Nachle is a foot tapping song. Two UNHEARD singers Rup and Quram do a fair job in carrying out Mithoon’s Woh-ajnabee-style-party-song tradition. A OK OK song but I expected more from Mithoon who did such great albums and songs..Drums are prominent in the background with a bhangra touch.

Ke bin tere jeena nahi - I say it is Mausam Part 2. If you play both the Mausam(The train) and this song one after another, you’ll never know when one song ended and another started. The same crooning Mithoon’s voice..The same pain in the voice and lyrics of Saed Quadri…The same feel is there in this song too. And alaaps by same Kshitij :lol: !! It is good but not as good as Mausam. If you want to get “Mithoon Feel” then listen to this.

Aggar is the title song as you guess. Hamza and tulsi kumar have done well. Its good to see Tulsi singing in other than Himesh Reshammiya album. A fast paced title song which does a fair job. Wont stay longer in your playlist.

Paas aaya kyon one of the musical gems of Mithoon. His unique touch of music shows up here again after Maula mere and tosey naina laagey. I suppose it is song that is to be sung by Atif Aslam as it PERFECTLY suits to Atif..Though Mithoon has done a great job. Really you cant differentiate whose voice is in this song. Both mithoon and Atif voices are very similar..For that this song is the perfect example!!! I liked Sharmishta’s voice much in this song than Mithoon. She gives a unique haunting feeling to the song.

Sehra is second song from Mithoon-Roop Kumar Rathod combo after Maula Mere. It cant be said as good as compared to Maula mere. Sayeed Quadri’s lyrics takes you on. A romantic ballad which follows maula mere in describing How much one love his girl. Soft instrumentals in the background with Shilpa’s voice makes the song complete romantic package.

Overall, Ke bin tere, Sehra and Paas aaya kyun are the songs which stay in your favourite list.

Maula Mere - Mithoon creates magic again..

From one perspective, use of pakistani music gives a native touch to the film AWARAPAN… as the girl Reema played by Shriya Saran hails from pakistan in the movie. Also most of the film is shot in Pakistan.

Regarding Emraan hashmi, he continues his HIT COMBINATION of Bhatt Productions+Emraan Hashmi+Chartbuster music. The lyricist of this music album, Sayeed Quadri is one promising lyricist with freshness in each song he writes.

To Phir Aao is the chartbuster song after THE TRAIN composed by Mithoon. The unique feel in the song with immense pain makes this song special. And light background musical arrangements dominated by Guitar strings with Mustafa Zahid’s soothing voice makes it irresistable. Sayeed Quadri again has done a great job here.

The remix version by DJ suketu and does a fair job. It reminds me of Woh Lamhe woh baatein remix done by DJ suketu himself only.

The lounge mix mainly features flute intermittently with no guitar usage. According to me, this version is FAR MORE SUPERIOR than the original as it is  more immersive with Enigma quality music and breezing wind in background. A really mind relaxing song..

Tera Mera rishta is another superb song by Roxen which follows “To fir aao”. It satisfies your hunger to listen to more songs like To phir aao. The musical arrangements is very much similar to that of To fir aao Lounge version background. Both of these sound similar.

Again the remix is done DJ Suketu keeping dance floor in mind. One main feature I have noticed in DJ Suketu’s remixes is the “Angel Whispering in background” that he incorporates in most of his remixes which he has done here too.

The great part of the album ends with these two songs.. These are the only two songs which are composed by Roxen and which make you buy this album.

Mahiya is composed by Annie, sung by Suzanne. A mix of Hindi+ English lyrics by Saeed Quadri + Asif Ali Beig draw your attention. Seems like an item number with lyrics telling the story of the movie. That Shriya is waiting for somebody to flee her from the evil hands of Shivam’s (Emraan Hashmi) boss (Ashutosh Rana). A catchy song but seems like “an-odd-song-in-the-group” of some melodius songs.

Maula Maula is a traditional Sufi song by Baba farid composed by Rafaqat Ali Khan. Harmonium+ Electric guitar+ Acoustic Guitar are used in background. This song has nothing much in it’s store to attract you. Just a OK OK song.

Awarapan is one helluva great album which follows the trend of Zeher, Kalyug, Gangster, Woh Lamhe, but yet different from them. It has 4 unique songs with two composed by Roxen which makes this album special.

I will give 4^1/2/5.

Well..Asaalaam Vaalekum is just a below average song which doesnt keep you as a “loyal listener” to it..

Tera Mera Milna is the best song in the album. Phew!!! Atlast Himesh gave equal importance to female singers in a DUET. Every time he just gave one or two single lines for the female singers to sing, with 90% of song sung by himself. For my surprise it is Shreya Goshal who sung this song..She has sung a bit differently in this song. Good composition, good background music arrangements, average Himesh voice makes this song just a OK OK song.

Jhoot Nahi Bolna is Bhangra shaded song perfect for occasions like shaadis. Again an average song by Himesh Reshammiya with Shreya goshal again.

Tanhaiyaan is the first song that was aired on tv channels way before this movie was started shooting just to show that the great HIMESH RESHAMMIYA is coming as HR!!! Well..music directors can do anything.. They can spell HINDI INCORRECTLY.. Tanhaiyan as Tanhaaaiyaaan.. Actually even there was debate going on net whether the word Tanhaaiyaan (Plural of Tanhai) exists or not..

Ya Ali has become a popular term ever since Ya Ali of gangster became a hit. The same has used by Sameer in this song of Aap Ka suroor. Again the song’s starting is lifted from Guitara’s YA ALI (Guitara Band is the original composer of Ya Ali from Gangster which Pritam stole).. But Himesh starts his NOSE SERVICE with crooning Ya ali..ali..ali..ali..ali..ali.. A good song to listen to!! Sunidhi gives a unique touch to the song..

Tere Bina.. starts with Aap ka surroor’s famous Tera surroor musical and Himesh’s OOooo…….Huzoooorrrrr….Teraaa….Surrroooorrrrr..
This song is one of the gems that Himesh has created. Sounds very much similar to “Kitna Pyaar karte hai….Mere dil se pooch lo naa..” from Banaras which Himesh has composed and sung (Many dont even know that ) Listen to that song..You can listen to completely different Himesh voice.. Around 1% nasal usage only..

For those who argue that Himesh cant sing without NOSE, here is a proof that he CAN!! That Banaras wala song and this one..
Pretty different from others…Easy on ears

Just as I was praising Himesh of No-Nasal-usage.. He started Heavy usage in Kya Jeena.. With tabla and harmonium usage in background, this slow paced song seems like a Mehfil song..

Last song is the Mehbooba(Sholay) song which Himesh has given as a tribute to Panchamda. A catchy music and an excellent dance floor number.

I wonder that Himesh was waiting for this one and only song as it perfectly suits his voice… mehboooba ..o… mehbooba….Ooooo….ooooo… The good old WOLF VOICE.. He dies to do this Ooooooooooo….and “Gulshan mein gul khil..aur sehra mein milte hai..mein aur tuuuuuuuuuu.. ” This Ooooooo…and Tuuuuuuuu… are his EXPERT/MASTERED Words which is extremely good at. Has successfully Ooooed many times in this song. HIMESH Haters got a perfect song to Blame and flame Himesh for his WOLFISH NATURE ..

This ones has nothing SPECIAL (which other Himesh music albums had) to make a SIGNATURE HIMESH TRACK.. Just an average album.

I give a rating 3/5.

But my hopes werent fulfilled!! I dont know, why Sequels loose their lusture!!! I loved Spiderman and even Spiderman 2 which lived upto standards. But this ones a little bit of boring and not satisfactory as previous ones. But the action sequences and stunning graphics will satisfy you a bit.

Regarding action sequences this movie has many of them to satisfy you!! Two action scenes with New Goblin or Harris played by James Franco and with Sandman twice and once with venom.

The movie starts with media and newspaper praising Spiderman as superhero..Everything including his personal relationship with Mary Jane(kristen Durnst) going perfect except Harris who still believes that Peter Parker/Spiderman is the one who killed his father.

So difference between Harry and Peter Parker, Mary Jane and Peter Parker, The new Spiderman photographer Eddie Brock and Peter Parker and fight between Sandman and Spiderman…Phew.. The story seems to be a mixture of many small stories taken parallely which makes you to loose track of the movie in the middle. But later each story converge into a single ending.

The thing which I liked in this movie is the Tobey Maguire’s new look when he is attacked from that alien thing..A new hairstyle, a new cruel kind of attitude unlike Peter Parker who is friendly.. He has successfully portrayed himself in Mr.BAD GUY character.

Well seems that this is the last movie of SPIDERMAN as they didnt left any clue or chance of continuing the story..Everything is sorted out!!

If you are waiting for a HIT MUSIC album to ROCK you..Then your wait is over..Here it is…THE TRAIN composed by young Mithoon… Yes..He is the same guy behind Anwar’s Maula mere,Javeda Zindagi and Tere bin from Bas ek pal.

Another notable fact here is this album was initially planned to be composed by Himesh Reshammiya but because of his Busy schedules, composition was given to Young,promising Mithun. And I’m glad that this HAPPENED..Otherwise we would have got JUST ANOTHER SIMILAR ALBUM of Himesh… This album has got some fresh content in it…

Woh Ajnabee - Is the song having a catchy tune which wont let your hopes down.. Initially on watching promos I wasnt impressed by the song. But when I listened to complete song..whoaa!! What a song…Shilpa has done well and so as Mithoon.. Especially the background strings keeps humming in your mind even if song is over..

The song comes with club mix (Remix by DJ Akbar Sami) for which you can tap your feet. Again what comes into your mind when you remember this song is Shilpas magnetic voice Woh Ajnabee..woh woh woh woh ajnabee… Great work by Shilpa Rao..

Mausam is the best song of the album sung by Mithoon which I got confused initially with Atif Aslam. According to me it is the successor of the list
Woh Lamhe(zeher) Aadat(Kalyug) Tere Bin(Bas Ek Pal) Now Mausam(The Train)

If you liked the above songs then you will 100% like this song. Excellently sung and composed by Mithoon.Mithoon has his own shades like AR REHMAN which makes you always love his songs…

He has proved that he is good singer too. His rendition is perfect compared to Woh Ajnabee. Added to this, icing on the cake is the Sayeed Quadri’s lyrics which again gives a unique feeling to the song LIKE ITS PREDECESSORS did. While beeti lamhein is reminder of Sweet memories of life…This ones about the sorrows given by life.

Mausam comes in TWO re-mixes, Club mix by DJ Akbar Sami and Progressive mix by Goldeyy..Both are for remix lovers but none come closer to the feel of original Mausam.

Beete Lamhein starting is similar to Maula Mere(Anwar) and is extremely soft/soothing on ears sung by KK and Kshitij. It is the song which you can add to “hear-when-you-are-lonely” list. Lyrics is very meaningful written by Sayeed quadri. Kshitij’s rendition of Beete lamhein gives again a haunting effect like in Javeda Zindagi(Anwar). Light usage of guitar in background adds to the effect of song.

The lounge Mix of the song done by Goldeyy reminds me of ENIGMA music initially. But starts with slow paced KK’s rendition. Again a soothing song and you cant make out the difference between original version and this mix if you arent a keen listener.

Teri Tamanna is another excellent work by Mithoon which has rock music in between. Sung by KK and Zubeen.. The western music gives it an urban touch. It portrays one’s intensity of love… A fast paced song which appeals to everyone. Both singers sing alternatively setting up the mood of the song.

The EURO MIX by Goldeyy does an excellent job for Dance floors. An excellent dance number with seductive mood…

When I first heard The Train- An inspiration starting with words like
Zindagi TRAIN hai…Waqt ke TRACK pe… followed by Train’s sound..I thought its just a below average song. But I was wrong, then shaan croons to the lyrics of Saeed Quadri. Another thing I liked about this song is that the background beats are rendered in same way as if trains sound when it is moving. The in-between TRAIN ALERTS like..Please confirm your tickets..Train is arriving at station…etc makes the song perfectly blend into the theme of movie THE TRAIN..Though may not be a HIT MUSIC, but does a good job.

This is one album I was dying for..
I’ll give it a rating of 5/5 (After a long time..I got such an album that I could give 5 stars)

But when yesterday music album was released, I didnt see Atif’s name in Tracklist.. I was very much shocked.. . But came to know that the Song Mausam(or Zindagi ne..) is sung by Mithoon and Kshitij and NOT ATIF ASLAM.

 I must say Mithoon too is really very Impressive as Singer. As a Music Director he has shown that he got some real talent through Anwar (Maula Mera and javeda Zindagi) and Tere Bin..

His voice is very much similar to Atif’s that I STILL CANT BELIEVE THAT ITS MITHOON’s. His singing style is also similar to Atif..

Well..We have got a new favourite singer to DIE FOR..

Singing their own compostions has become a trend in BOLLYWOOD MUSIC INDUSTRY..First we got Himesh and now Mithoon…

The main attraction of this film is the usage of computer graphics.. Almost all scenes are shot with blue screen in background and then Computer Graphics effects are added to the movie. The war scenes are immersive and it is better if you watch on a Dolby Surround sound system or in an Imax theater.
The warm colour temperature gives a unique effect to the movie.

Will Smith’s acting is superb. The movie is immersive with Will Smith’s perfectly pitched performance.

It is a story of Chris Gardner who struggles in his life to get
happYness… That too in a little part.. To get his life back on track.. To make his son happy.. He doesnt loses his confidence when his wife leaves his family..

In 1981, Chris Gardner was a struggling salesman in little needed medical bone density scanners while his wife toiled in double shifts to support the family including their young son, Christopher. In the face of this difficult life, Chris has the desperate inspiration to try for a stockbroker internship where one in twenty has a chance of a lucrative full time career. Even when his wife leaves him because of this choice, Chris clings to this dream with his son even when the odds become more daunting by the day. Together, father and son struggle through homelessness, jail time, tax seizure and the overall punishing despair in a quest that would make Gardner a respected millionaire.

In total, I can say….An old-fashioned Hollywood heartwarmer and a must watch.. Will Smith has delivered his best in the movie.

What an irony with this Pepsi ad… India is really coming back from ICC World Cup 2007, West Indies. That too so early..What a Shame??!!!ÂÂ

No one can believe that the team which went to FINALS in the previous world cup couldnt make it EVEN to Quarter finals…
Really… Indian team has broken Billions of Indian hearts who WORSHIP CRICKET. India is one of the country where Cricket is the MOST MAD ABOUT sport like FOOTBALL in European countries.

Fans protested in a unique way by mocking the death of Indian cricketers and Indian cricket and some tried to demolish Cricketer’s properties. Such a craze, Indians have…

I think it is the media which hyped India as a mighty team for world cup. India’s performance was below average - poor in the tounament. The way it struggled to play with Bangladesh and failure to chase even an ordinary score of 255 against Srilanka… No way.. this is not a team which is the ASPIRANT OF WORLD CUP.

India is known for good batting players but all the players Sachin, Dhoni, Sourav failed to deliver their peak performance. They were just looking like Fresh young unexperienced players who have just entered World Cup ODI career. Though Rahul Dravid- The Wall tried to an extent to win against Srilanka, he didnt get supporting batsmen on the other side. Even if Dhoni/Sachin has scored a 50 and played for a considerable amount of Overs, India would have definitely won the match. But I think those three players are responsible for defeat. They were the RELIABLE BATSMEN who gave up at very very crucial time like World Cup.

Well… the time which is gone is gone for always.. But this is the most Unhappy, Uncomfortable moment for Indians and Indian team.. This defeat will be remembered for always as we remember Winning of World Cup in 1983.

In windows there is a file called HOSTS which contains a list of Hostnames with its IP address. It is used to bypass the DNS server. This file is loaded into memory when Windows starts. Actually when a Browser (For eg. Internet explorer) requests a Website,then first this hosts file is checked whether the URL requested is present in the list. If it is not there then it connects to DNS Server to find out the IP address. This is highly useful if you visit some sites on a regular Basis. (For. Eg: Yahoo! Mail) Instead of connecting to DNS server everytime to get the IP address if manually the IP address is found out using WHOIS and then entered in the list then few milliseconds can be saved since Windows first checks HOSTS file and it finds that the entry http://mail.yahoo.com (In our example) is present and gets the entry from the file and directly connects to that IP address( In Our eg. :209.73.177.115)

This file is present in different versions of Windows in the following Directories:
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS
Search for the file and open it with any text editor like Notepad. You can find content similar to this:

Here the first uncommented line shows that the IP address of localhost is 127.0.0.1. This is called a LOOPBACK ADDRESS which points to ones own Computer i.e, if type localhost it tries to connect to your own computer. In other words your computer’s IP address is 127.0.0.1 unless it is connected to a network. Since there is server installed on your computer( Normally) IE shows that “Cannot Find Server”.
This Trick can be used to block Advertisement from any site,not only ad site but also you can restrict users from accessing a particular set of sites.For eg: You can prevent your children from visiting Inappropriate sites,Block Images from a site for faster loading of the site and to save bandwidth.This can be done just by entering the site which must be blocked in the HOSTS file with an IP address of 127.0.0.1 Actually the IP address of that site is different which is got by a DNS request, but we give false information to the browser by giving Loopback address through which it tries to connect your own computer and fails in getting the data. This way sites can be prevented by Accessing. For eg:
# Notes: the browser does not read this "#" symbol #
# You can create your own notes, after the # symbol #
# This *must* be the first line: 127.0.0.1 localhost #
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 www.msn.com

This is for example. Replace www.msn.com with any website you want to block.Similarly enter one by one the websites which you want to block.
So you have now learnt how to block a site from accessing in Windows. For greater security make the HOSTS file READ ONLY so that only you (Admininstrator) can modify it.
Now let us learn some Basics about Ads. Ads in websites are in the form of Banners, Pop Ups which are usually images (Offcourse now-a-days Google’s Adsense displays are Textual which I think is Admittable since text doesnt consumes much bandwidth and is relevant too unlike those screensaver kind of ads where even if you visit Music sites it will show up,even you go to shopping site it will show up irrelvantly) These images (Banners) are hosted in a particular Server which has an addresses like http://ads.advertise.net,adserver.ancestry.com etc. So if you enter the IP address for these sites as 127.0.0.1 in HOSTS file then they are blocked and wont show up.Next question that will arise in your mind is “How would I know the addresses of such ad sites?”.Well, there is a solution, some websites gives a list of such Ad servers and some even with 127.0.0.1 mapped to such Ad servers so that you can easily copy and paste into the HOSTS file. Some even releive you from that Headache too…They provide hosts file itself to download and all you have to do is to replace the downloaded file with original Hosts file. Perform a Google Search to get a list of such sites. One such site is www.mvps.org
By this method Ads can be Prevented by showing up but Pop ups cant be stopped. But even a POP UP comes up then it will be blank and will not display any images by this method.To prevent Pop Ups you have to go for software or use Opera, Firefox browsers which are far better than Internet explorer with lots of features. Or if you want to stick to IE then use Google toolbar or any external software to block Pop Ups.

Viraniya is one of the finest songs by Himesh as a COMPOSER with excellent music arrangements using Violin and tabla giving it a sad feel which the song is intended to do. His voice is just OK as everytime…Nothing special.. I think it would have been better if somebody other than himesh would have sung the song.
Mehfil Mix is a NEW INTRODUCTION by himesh where only Tabla is used. Special about this mix is writer Javed Akhtar

Main Jahaan Rahoon is sung by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Krishna and rendered perfectly. Again what makes you love this song is Background music arrangements. Tabla is main background instrument played,with Krishna rendering the alaaps.. Another Good song by Himesh.

Yahi Hota Pyaar is another slow paced song like Viraniya by Himesh and Sunidhi…Again tabla is the major instrument in background making it a soft romantic feel which syncs with the Lyrics by Javed Akhtar. It isnt Harsh to ears like most of Himesh’s songs… One thing I dont like about Himesh is he doesnt give equal importance to female singers in Duets.. They only sing 2-3 lines or at a max. a single stanza.

Rafta Rafta is a true punjabi song by UK band RDB. It appeals even too Non-Bhangra lovers which is intended to reflect Akshay Kumar’s life in pure punjabi iShtyle when she meets Katrina Kaif.

Aanan Faanan is just a OK OK song. It has URBAN touch unlike rest of the song. I think it is intended for shooting in LONDON.

Dilruba is a dance song which makes you tap your feet.. A fast paced song by Zubeen and Alisha.

I must say Mithoon has got some real talent. It is his two songs that draws your attention towards the music of ANWAR.

The first song “Maula mere maula mere- Aankhein teri” is “Love at first hearing” kinda song.. The song is a Sufi Romantic song which has got good composition of music and voice of Roop Kumar Rathod which are perfectly blended to form a melodius cool song. It is haunting that you wont stop listening to it.. I’ve heard it atleast 50 times in just 2 days.. Lyrics of the song is given by Sayeed Quadri ( Woh lamhe (Zeher) lyricist) and wordings are awesome in Roop Kumar Rathod’s voice..

Next song of Mithoon is “Javeda Zindagi”- “tosey Naina laagey….” sung by fresh singers Kshitij and Shilpa who have sung such that this doesnt hear like their debut song. Extremely soothing music composition with clear voice (No nasal usage/No rugged voice/Just sheer melody) of Kshitij and shilpa. Lyrics is given by Hasan Kamal which caught my attention most. It is hypnotic in nature and you feel immersed in song (Which I am feeling after so many years).. I suggest you to listen to these songs in Headphone than your Hi-Fi Music system.. You will be much more immersed and feel like detached from this world…

Overall all I can say is if Mithoon has composed all the songs then it would be MOST PERFECT ALBUM… But Pankaj Awasthi isnt upto the mark…

I dont comment the same about HIS FILMS but I like the music of his films. With Gangster, Pritam became popular and expectations were high on him in “Woh Lamhe” and Pritam gives it UPTO THE MARK. As the punch line says “For everyone who has loved and lost…..” The album has songs which are perfectly related to different stages of love.

Woh Lamhe has no title songs… The film title is lifted from the popular “Woh Lamhe, woh baatein” song from Zeher.

Kya mujhe pyar hai is again a great rendition by KK. Since Pritam is again the composer with Kangna-Shiney pair as Actors with KK as singer, the song can be compared to “Tu hi meri shab hai” as this song is the main highlight of the album. But unlike Tu hi meri shab hai, this ones has a little bit faster pace. The lyrics by Neelesh Misra is somewhat different with words that are not commonly used in a song. This ones again a HIT song. The songs main attractive part is the Female Chorus singing Siregemiya…(The spelling may be wrong).
The song represents the “Fallen in love” stage of love.

Chal chale is sung by Bangladesi Singer James,the same guy of Bheeghi Bheeghi from Gangster. The song starts with a music (Mouth Organ music) similar to Lamha Lamha from Gangster but turns out to be an song with an Urban touch. It’s a cool song with melody. I think James dont know Hindi well. The way he pronounces some words reveals that. Anyways music is good, but James must have improved a little bit.

Tu Jo nahin is a Ghazal by Glenn John. The song is a hear alike of many songs. At the start the song remembered me “Agar tum mil jao” from Zeher but started with a melodius voice by Glenn John. I am hearing to him first time. The song is very much similar to “Khoobsurat ho tum” of ROG. Anyways according to me this is the best song in the album. Very soft, heart touching and very meaningful with a wonderful lyrics by Saeed Quadri. The music sounds like the songs of 1995s. The song is of the kind which you can play repeatedly. I like only selected Ghazals, and this got added to the top of the list.

So jao main: If Shreya Goshal is there in the singing side then song will be a soft melody (in most of cases). In this song, composed by Guest Composer Roop Kumar Rathod and written by Shakeel Aazmi, her soft voice is perfectly accompanied by music which doesnt let you to go out of the flow of the music. If you want to continue to get along with the song,wait… there is more in the store. The same song is again sung by Kunal Ganjawala with same music. So there is a song which speaks the Tanhaai of both a Boy and a girl. A good song to listen. A song for those who have “Lost in Love”.

Bin tere: I love the background Guitar strings of this song…. I like pakistani music because of the cool n quiet music with guitars. The song is a Izhaar song, where a boy is revealing his feelings towards her. Singer Jawad Ahmad creates the quiet cool, EAR FRIENDLY(Unlike remixes) song which gradually makes you to hear it again…and again.

Kya mujhe pyar hai - Remix As usual, every popular song has remix version of it. And this is the one.

This is a must listen album “For everyone who has loved and lost….”

Atif originally teamed up with Gauhar(Lead guitarist) of the JAL band and they formed JAL. Original Aadat song (Which is in Kalyug sung by Farhan Saeed) was first sung by Atif Aslam which became a hit in Pakistan and after getting famous these guys split up due to some differences between them. Anyways Atif released his Solo album Jalpari which is good but the lack of professionalism in Composition side is there in some songs. But that was filled in Woh lamhe song with different lyrics and excellent composition with superb voice of Atif made it a hit and so as Zuda hoke bhi.

Now “Tere Bin” is not based on any previous tune, composed by Mithun Sharma with lyrics by Sayeed Qadri. I was expecting Atif Aslam’s voice in bollywood songs after Woh Lamhe, Aadat. After listening to Ya Ali I thought that if Atif has sung the same song, then it would be great. Though Zubeen has rendered it perfectly and the result is as all we know…A HIT. My wait is over… Another Atif’s song is being played on my PC now alltime..

Ok.. taking Dil Diya Hai album, it relates to Aashiq Banaaya Apne as it is produced by Balabai here too with Himesh-Sameer again as the composer-lyricist pair. The songs remind me of Aashiq Banaaya Apne. The music he has given is awesome. Himesh has given a chance to many of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa challenge participants in this abum..some fresh voices to listen.

Diya dil: This song rocks as far as music composition is concerned. Too much of NASAL usage like in Aapki Kashish… A slow paced song and usage of Classical music makes this song a HIT. Himani is a new singer who participated in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa challenge in Zee TV. The song doesnt look like that this is her debut song… She has sung so professionally and her voice has got an unique effect to the song… A good job by her.

Afsaana Banaake bhool na jaana: This one definitely ROCKS!!!!!. Especially the unique music and beats makes it a perfect song for dance. The beats are awesome. Definitely this song is a HIT. Again Himesh and Tulsi pair does the job at it’s best. Now this song is what you call a Typical HIMESH song… Sameer has given BEST lyrics which has got moulded into a perfect tune by Himesh.

Yaadan Teri Yaad: A sad solo song by Himesh. The music is a blend of Tabla and Rock… Electric guitar has been used in the middle like in Aapki kashish(Only guitar here). Himesh is creating a new trend by repeating some words many times in a song.. Like Aa aa aashiqui mein teri, Teri Yaad yaad and now Jab aye aye aye aye aye Yaadan teri yaad. I love the song… I like Himesh because he knows how to put the right music for each songs.

Mile ho tum to: This song starts with a melodius guitar note which gains your interest towards the song accompanied by flute… Then comes a slow and sad voice of Himesh “Mile ho tum to….” and you will fall in the magic of Himesh and Tulsi… Again repeated words like Na na na na na naare… give a unique feeling to the song… Electric guitar gives it ROCK touch, where as Flute gives it a Soft feeling… It is a mix of both.

Jabse Aankh Ladi: It is a Hip Hop fast paced song which is a dance number. It is not so good which will stay in your playlist for a long time.

Chalo Dildar Chalo: This song looks fresh with fresh singers Hemachandra, Vineet (The final competitor to Debojit in SaReGaMaPa) and Himani who has sung the title song. The song starts with music which resembles “Dil Naiyyo Maane re” from Phir Herapheri and Ahista Ahista and is a Youthful joshile kind of song. I think Vineet and Hemachandra are good but their voices are still boyish and not suited for the Heroes.

Rest of the songs are remixes of all these songs.
This is a must album for all Himesh fans. Another song has got added to my Himesh favourite, Afsaana Banaake bhool na jaana…

In Bollywood, there are many such hidden gems which are left just because of Poor storyline, Star Cast or may be due to other reasons. Now-a-days I have stopped seeing the films from CINEMA point of view….That is whether the film has a good storyline, or it is just OK and “How can this happen?”,”What a bogus?” kind of questions.

This one is for sure a good album to listen to. All the songs are soft romantic songs with the magic created by KK,Kunal, Shreya, Sonu,Babul supriyo and Shaan. So I decided to write my little review about the songs though it’s too late.Instead change the word Music review as my opinions about the album.

This album is different experiment from Pritam. I think its more like POP album (where you are free to do what you want to and dont fear of the end result, whether public will like it or not) rather than a Commercial Movie album. I am saying so because Pritam has implemented a new idea which some may not like. That is using different singers for the same song, that is Tune. Some may not like this as it may seem to them that the songs are repititive/lack of unique song numbers in the album. The songs which are done like this are Ek pal ke liye and Ankahee.

I always think when I am listening to a song, that if this song is sung by someone other, then how it would be. This album makes my that “THOUGHT COME TRUE”. No requirement to even think. Pritam has done that for me, that too from all of my favourite singers.

The first song is Ek Pal ke liye… sung by KK and as usual he has done his best to create his magic. While listening to the song I was thinking if Sonu Nigam has sung the same song (Since he also has that softness in his voice like KK to sing Romantic songs like this one) and aayla… He too has sung the same song but with a variation in tempo and music. It’s not over.. Shreya has also sung the same song to my surprise… Among the three I think KK’s version is best if I have to choose the right singer who perfectly suits to this song.

Next one is my favourite song… Aa Paas aa by Shreya. This has got to my Top Favourite list of Shreya other than Jaadu hai Nasha hai, Dheere Jalna, Silsila yeh chahat ka. Her soft voice again takes you in to another world. If you are a fan of Shreya like me then this is a must listen song.

The usage of Guitar and Kunal’s magical voice makes Tumse Yun milenge again a favourite. Lamha song is very much similar to Tumse yun milenge sung by Babul Supriyo. Ankahee song is also in two versions- Kunal and Shaan.

Pritam has used almost all YOUNG singers who are perfectly suited for romantic songs in this album. Kudos to Pritam. I am liking his songs…. Gangster, Ankahee…
